Twenty-six years ago, I found my dad’s, 1956, wool car club jacket hanging in my grandparents’ basement. Even though it was tattered and pitted with moth holes, I thought it was the coolest thing in the world.

My love for jackets and cars never faded, as I became a collector of vintage jackets and an owner of a couple of cars.

In 2006, American Rebel Jacket was born to bring that style of jacket to life. Jackets decorated by hand, in chain-stitch embroidery, on a 1942 machine, made from the finest materials, and built in the USA.
